No. Registration required under the Off-Highway Vehicles Act , RSPEI 1988, c. O-3 (see ss. 2 and 23). The statutory authority exists to make regulations regarding insurance (s. 22(h)) but as yet there have been none. Operation on the highway is prohibited (s. 12).
